Chemist -in Lab (Burlington)

What you will be doing: Working closely with the R&D; Lab Manager, youll expand your role beyond basic lab work and contribute more directly to development and problem-solving: Perform lab testing to evaluate product performance, stability, and compatibility Support the development of new chemical formulations and improvements to existing products Work with surfactants, alternative chemistries, and specialty ingredients Design and execute experiments that demonstrate product effectiveness Help create practical and visual demonstrations (including video-ready applications) Document findings and present results to internal teams Collaborate with sales and technical teams to support customer needs Participate in occasional customer discussions to explain product performance Assist with lab operations, inventory, and preparation of chemical samples What you must have: A B. Sc. or M. Sc. in Chemistry 13 years of hands-on lab experience (industry, co-op, or applied academic work) Experience performing structured lab testing but looking to expand into development work Solid attention to detail with an interest in understanding the why behind results Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts Salary/Rate Range : $52,000.00 - $58,000.00 Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
