About the Role

This position is tailored for confident veterinarians comfortable managing solo shifts across surgery, dentistry, emergencies, urgent care, and general appointments. Ideal for experienced practitioners seeking a balanced work environment.

Key Highlights

Salary: $165,000 per year for a 4‑day workweek

Schedule: 30‑minute appointments, 1‑hour lunch, lieu days for statutory holidays and overtime

Support Staff: 2 RVTs + 2 VAs per DVM, plus a medical records scribe

Equipment: Digital dental and full‑body X‑rays, IDEXX in‑house lab, Clarius ultrasound

Clinic Hours: Open 365 days/year. Veterinarians must be comfortable handling all urgent and emergency cases.

Equity Offering: Eligible for equity vesting after 1 year, fully vested at 3 years
