We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join a dynamic and fast-paced accounting team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a balanced mix of accounts receivable, reconciliations, payables, and month-end support. Key Responsibilities: • Enter and review daily sales reports from multiple agent locations • Monitor, investigate, and resolve daily inventory variances • Reconcile debit, credit card, and bank deposit transactions • Manage accounts receivable, including collections and follow-up • Process accounts payable, including non-fuel vendor invoices • Prepare and issue cheque and electronic payments • Support month-end and year-end close activities • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations as required • Provide general accounting and administrative support as needed Typical Daily Focus: • Accounts Receivable & Collections – ~3 hours • Reconciliations – ~2 hours • Accounting Support & Payables – ~3 hours What You Bring: • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance support • Solid understanding of AR, AP, and reconciliation processes • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting • Robust communication and problem-solving abilities • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work and wants to contribute to a well-rounded finance function.
