Site Supervisor - Ici Construction (Burlington)

We’re seeking an experienced Site Supervisor with 5+ years of supervisory experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in ICI (Institutional, Commercial, Industrial) projects. Role Overview As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day site operations with a solid focus on safety, coordination, quality, and schedule. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to help ensure each project is completed safely, on time, and on budget. Our head office is located in Burlington, and projects are located throughout the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area, so travel to various sites is required. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards Supervise, schedule, and coordinate trades, subcontractors, equipment, and deliveries Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients to support project execution Enforce safety policies and applicable regulations on site Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly site documentation and communicate with the health and safety team Review and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements Monitor workmanship, site progress, and overall site coordination Maintain a proactive, safety-first approach in all aspects of the role Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of relevant ICI site supervisory experience Valid G-Class driver’s license Strong knowledge of Ontario construction safety regulations Comfortable working in a hands-on construction environment Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work on site with occasional extended hours as required Assets Experience working under COR-certified systems Familiarity with Site Docs or other digital health and safety record-keeping platforms Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic digital tools Valid training/certifications (training will be provided if required) including: Working at Heights First Aid & CPR Basics of Supervising Job Details Job Type: Contract Schedule: Monday to Friday (hours may vary depending on the project) Salary: Competitive, based on experience Location: Reporting office in Burlington, with project sites across the GTHA+ Reporting Office: 3228 South Service Road, Burlington, ON L7 N 3 H8 We thank all applicants for their interest.
