Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation regulations Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders Follow proper food safety protocols at all times Support the overall efficiency of the kitchen operations during service hours Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service workplace is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices Experience with meal preparation and food industry best practices Solid understanding of serving procedures and customer service expectations in a kitchen setting This position is ideal for individuals passionate about the culinary arts who thrive in dynamic team environments.
