Logistics Coordinator (3PL) (Burlington)

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator (3PL) to support day-to-day freight operations and ensure smooth coordination between carriers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and coordinate carriers for shipments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
• Respond to customer inquiries, spot quotes, and shipment updates promptly
• Maintain strong communication with carriers and clients to ensure service quality
• Monitor shipments and resolve issues in real-time, including after-hours support when needed
• Maintain accurate records and organize communication across shared systems
• Assist in building and maintaining long-term carrier and customer relationships

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in 3PL and coordination
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
