Our client, a Burlington-based boutique investment firm, is seeking a capable and detail-oriented Investment Administrator to join their team. This role, which is 100% in-office , is well-suited to an individual who is self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a professional office environment. If you enjoy focused work, problem-solving, and taking ownership of your responsibilities, this opportunity may be a solid fit. This position is designed to strengthen the firms investment administration function and serve as a key support and back-up to an established fund administrator. You will play an important role in ensuring accuracy, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the firms investment operations. What our client has to offer: Competitive salary 2 weeks of vacation Comprehensive benefits program Support for professional development and continued learning within the investment space Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation, review, and tracking of investment documentation, including subscription agreements, investor on-boarding materials, and internal approval processes. Coordinate collection and verification of investor information and maintain accurate records and internal systems. Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and ensure they are completed in a timely manner. Be the initial point of contact for advisor-related enquiries and providing information relating to funds, portfolios, prices, distributions, and fund dealing procedures. Support the investments, finance, sales and operations teams within the firm with fund operational matters. Assist leadership and administration with various tasks, including documentation, data entry, and other assigned duties. Prepare and track expense reports and reconcile receipts. Support internal events and team activities (e.g., staff gatherings, client meetings). Ensure office facilities and common areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked. Qualifications: Experience in investment administration, financial services, accounting support, or a similar administrative role, with interest in growing in the investment space Technologically savvy with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (ability to manipulate data, review reports, and work confidently within spreadsheets) Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to solve problems with minimal oversight.
