Description
Manage the allocation of community and recreation facilities within a energetic environment. This hybrid position focuses on optimizing facility usage, sport bookings, and addressing community needs effectively. You will provide strategic oversight for the Recreation, Community & Culture department while leading a team of around 13 staff. Your responsibilities include managing rental revenues, establishing rates, and resolving customer issues, all while ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
