Shape customer service excellence as the Manager of Customer Experience for the City of Burlington. This hybrid role involves strategic leadership in overseeing the corporate contact center operations. Reporting to the Director of Community Relations & Customer Experience, you will provide direction on service improvement initiatives and corporate projects. Your leadership will ensure service delivery aligns with the City's customer experience vision while managing performance and adapting to evolving service demands. Key Responsibilities: - Lead planning and delivery of corporate programs and initiatives - Oversee operations of the City’s corporate contact center - Collaborate with teams to enhance service delivery effectiveness - Champion continuous improvement initiatives for customer outcomes - Manage operating and capital budgets effectively Requirements: - Degree in Business Administration or related field - 4 to 7 years of related municipal or business experience - Robust experience in contact center management - Exceptional analytical and project management skills - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Drive forward the City’s vision for customer experience and operational excellence.
