Manage the allocation of community and recreation facilities within a dynamic workplace. This hybrid position focuses on optimizing facility usage, sport bookings, and addressing community needs effectively. You will provide strategic oversight for the Recreation, Community & Culture department while leading a team of around 13 staff. Your responsibilities include managing rental revenues, establishing rates, and resolving customer issues, all while ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee allocation processes and facility usage optimization - Manage customer permits and address escalated issues - Ensure annual rental revenue targets are met - Supervise permit processing and training staff - Conduct financial audits and implement process enhancements Requirements: - College diploma in a relevant field - 4-7 years of related experience with supervisory roles - Ability to travel between facilities as needed Contribute your leadership skills to enhance recreational services and community engagement in Alton.
