Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our energetic culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to restaurant standards, ensuring high-quality meal presentation and food safety. Responsibilities - Prepare ingredients and assist in food preparation for various menu items, including salads, entrees, and sides - Cook dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including proper food handling and storage - Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times - Assist with plating and garnishing dishes for service - Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks - Follow all health department regulations and safety procedures to ensure a safe working setting Experience - Previous experience in serving, food preparation, or cooking within a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred - Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food handling, and safety protocols is highly desirable - Experience with meal preparation and food service operations will be advantageous - Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in a commercial kitchen environment is essential - Prior restaurant experience or culinary training is a plus but not mandatory for motivated candidates willing to learn NEED TO HAVE FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATION WITHIN TRAINING TIME Join our team to showcase your culinary skills while providing excellent service in a professional kitchen setting.
