This full-time role requires you to lead a crew and execute skilled trades work in commercial pool projects. As the go-to person on-site, you will oversee workflows and ensure quality control while performing tile setting, concrete finishing, and plastering tasks. A reliable vehicle is essential for traveling between construction sites throughout the GTA.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead a crew of approximately 4 workers daily • Perform tile setting and pool finishing activities • Track materials usage and project costs • Manage job sequences and site schedules • Coordinate subcontractor activities when needed

Requirements:• 3-7+ years in tile setting or commercial pool construction • Previous experience as a foreman or lead hand • Strong understanding of blueprints and plans • Physically fit to handle demanding tasks • Reliable, self-motivated, with strong leadership skills
