Responsibilities include coaching sales managers, managing projects, and developing program materials that align with sales objectives. Youll facilitate webinars and provide critical training to enhance team capabilities. Key Responsibilities: • Liaise with sales, marketing, and operations partners • Create and maintain program documentation accurately • Coach Retail Development Managers on best practices • Support annual program planning and implementation • Deliver progress reporting to stakeholders based on KPIs Requirements: • Bachelor’s in sales, marketing, or administration • At least 5 years in automotive B2B sales management • Ability to provide exceptional customer service • Solid analytical and conceptual thinking skills • Excellent oral and written communication proficiency Utilize your experience in sales management to enhance loyalty programs and partner relations as the Program Manager in the automotive sector.
