Join Hadrian as a Customer Support Specialist and play a vital role in our customer service team. You'll support our distribution network through layout drawings, order management, and technical inquiries.
In this role, you will interpret detailed architectural and construction drawings to produce accurate quotations and layout drawings using Hadrian software. The position requires a strong background in customer support, as you will manage customer accounts and assist in troubleshooting product-specific technical issues. Effective communication and coordination with engineering, production, and operations teams is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:• Produce layout drawings from construction specifications • Manage orders and customer accounts in JD Edwards ERP • Provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries • Communicate issues across engineering, production, and shipping • Assist with process improvements and bestpractices
Requirements:• 3-5 years in customer service or account management • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with AutoCAD • Understanding of construction codes and specifications • Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
