Midas is seeking a dedicated Automotive Service Writer responsible for enhancing retail sales and profitability in the shop. This role requires excellent communication to develop estimates, oversee work orders, and ensure timely scheduling. You'll also interpret inspection results and actively manage customer concerns while supporting the training and development of service providers.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop and present service estimates to customers • Work closely with technicians on inspection results • Oversee work order preparation and scheduling • Address customer service concerns effectively • Act in a supervisory capacity as required

Requirements:• Associate degree or equivalent • Minimum 1 year experience in automotive services • ASE certifications as applicable • Valid driver's license • Business mathematical aptitude and service diagnosis skills
