Senior Project Manager in Construction, Burlington

Lead the successful delivery of greenfield projects as a Senior Project Manager with ABL Direct. Bring your expertise in ICI construction to the food and pharmaceutical industries.

As a key member of ABL Direct, you'll manage multiple projects from sales handover to completion. Your responsibilities include overseeing budgets, schedules, and execution of cold storage and processing facilities. You will collaborate with Site Superintendents and Project Coordinators to ensure quality and compliance throughout North America.

Key Responsibilities:• Lead projects from initial handover to final delivery • Manage budgets and project schedules effectively • Prepare scopes of work and oversee tendering processes • Identify project risks and ensure contract compliance • Maintain regular communication with clients and manage expectations

Requirements:• 15+ years in ICI construction project management • Strong experience in greenfield construction projects • Diploma or degree in Construction Management or related field • Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders • Proficiency in project management tools and reporting
