This role is essential in helping us expand our reach and deliver exceptional customer service. Located primarily online, you will play a key role in promoting our wellness products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are Canadas largest wellness company and looking for someone to help us continue our growth. Be apart of a fast paced winning team. You must work every other weekend. Responsibilities - Assist customers with product inquiries and provide expert advice on wellness products. - Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. - Process transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling. - Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure product displays are appealing. - Handle customer service inquiries promptly and professionally. - Manage time effectively to meet sales goals and deadlines. - Handle walk ins and educate customers on our products and assist them - Outbound sales reaching out to potential customers or businesses Requirements - Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles. - Strong upselling skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. - Excellent communication skills; bilingualism is an asset. - Basic math skills for transaction processing and cash handling. - Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and displays effectively. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
