In this essential capacity, you will serve as the first line of support for various IT issues, enhancing user experiences while managing multiple IT priorities. Your strong technical skills in hardware and software will contribute to maintaining operational efficiency and supporting the companys digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Support new hires with PC setups and device management • Troubleshoot issues with PCs, printers, and peripherals • Proactively maintain IT systems for reliability • Execute timely system updates to enhance user experience • Act as a liaison between business and IT departments
Requirements: • Proven IT service delivery experience • Robust technical expertise in Windows environments • Knowledge of ITIL and change management practices • Relevant university degree or certifications • Proficient in English; second language is a plus
