Full Time Flooring Sales Associate (Burlington)

We are looking for a FULL TIME Retail Flooring Sales Associate to join our ever-growing team at our Burlington location. We can be a fast-paced retail environment and the right candidate would have to be someone who is outstanding with people, enjoys helping customers design and create an interior project that they will love for years to come, is happy to continue to learn in our industry and gets along in a team work environment. A few *MUSTS* for applying for this position ** you MUST have means of transport **MUST be prompt and good with time management ** MUST have some sort of FLOORING, INTERIOR DESIGN, TRADE experience to work here **MUST be available for Saturday shifts 9:00-4:00 every week **MUST love people! Retail Sales Associate Duties: - Provide exceptional customer service to all customers - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets Requirements: - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if fluent in languages commonly spoken in the local community - Experience in inside sales is preferred - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash - Familiarity with retail sales systems and technology, such as point-of-sale systems and inventory management software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and well-stocked sales floor If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for sales, and thrive in a dynamic retail environment, we want to hear from you!
