CIMA+ is actively seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to contribute to its projects from the Mississauga or Burlington offices. You will focus on technical leadership and project management, ensuring the design and rehabilitation of hydroelectric structures. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in project management and a strong interest in diverse engineering projects are required to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage and lead design projects for hydraulic structures • Perform dam safety reviews and technical assessments • Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications • Support construction monitoring and coordination • Foster client relationships and lead business development efforts
