This position requires a strong hands-on approach to develop, deliver, and continuously improve educational content.
Key Responsibilities:• Manage the LMS setup and ongoing maintenance • Develop and standardize training courses in collaboration with SMEs • Create structured learning pathways for diverse roles • Oversee Academy operations, including in-person training • Evaluate training programs through performance metrics
Requirements:• 5-7+ years in training or learning development • Proven success in managing LMS • Strong course design and training development skills • Experience in operational settings is a plus • Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills
