I live upstairs and the space is located on the main floor.he neighborhood is perfectly located within 15 minutes walking distance to the SkyTrain which connects to central downtown in 15 to 20 minutes depending on which stop along the SkyTrain line. Grocery, liquor and other stores are 3 blocks away & 5 minutes walking distance. I provide meals on occasion when our schedules are accommodating. I host special dinners for holidays. We have pizza nights on occasion and we also do BBQs in the summer. We go out for social events or if students prefer to be private, that's okay as well.
