Incl. fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, dining, living, in-suite laundry, private entry. Designed with modern & high end fixtures, furniture & appliances. Included in all homestay bookings: - bed, nightstand, fresh linens - desk, lamp, chair - closet w/organizer & dresser/drawers - Wifi - bathrooms w/modern finishes & fixtures (tub/shower or both) - weekly laundry service (upper floor guests only) - meals (contact landlord for plans and pricing) - longer term bookings (2+ months) require a signed rental agreement & $500 fully refundable deposit, *partial payment plan at landlords discretion.
