You’ll work with a knowledgeable and collaborative team as you support our various field programs by performing a variety of tasks including resolving equipment issues and communicating with internal customers. Additionally, you will help with administrative tasks including internal billing data entry, filing and clerical tasks related to inventory control, tracking and follow-up with staff regarding equipment and vehicle requests, and delivering small equipment requests and vehicles to and from various locations and offices. This is a field support role that requires travel and is primarily in-person, based out of our Burnaby office and/or equipment facility. Hybrid, remote work could be available based on current field needs. Here’s what you’ll need Working towards a degree in inventory management, supply chain, logistics or related biological or ecological discipline(s) that have a field heavy work component to them A willingness to work with and learn how to set up and manage digital field equipment, including, but not limited to, IOS and Android devices, GNSS receivers, and water quality equipment (ex: Turbidity Meters, Sondes, etc) A valid driver’s license in Canada Clean Driver’s abstract Experience with MS Office Suite Ideally, you’ll also have Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Dedication to safety and a safe work environment Self-driven time management and organizational skills Highly organized and detail orientated Ability to effectively interface with all levels of personnel and management Positive attitude and ability to self-motivate and work productively with minimal supervision The base salary range for this position is $40,000.00 to $60,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for recent hire salaries for the position across British Columbia, Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
