Residential Cleaner (Burnaby)

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and organization, ensuring that our clients' homes are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage time effectively while providing exceptional customer service. A background in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual. Responsibilities - Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. - Organize and declutter areas as needed to maintain a tidy environment. - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. - Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and feedback in a skilled manner. - Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all cleaning tasks. - Follow safety protocols and use cleaning supplies responsibly. Experience - Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus. - Proven time management abilities to ensure timely completion of tasks. - A commitment to delivering high-quality work and maintaining client satisfaction.
