Job Title: Technical Program Manager - AI Initiatives & Product Operations Job Location: 100% Remote, Canada Experience: 5+ Years Job Type: T4 Contract Rate: 65 to 70 CAD/hour Role Summary We are hiring for a Technical Program Manager - AI Initiatives & Product Operations to support AI-driven HR product initiatives focused on improving enterprise people operations and employee experience. In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage program execution, and help move AI solutions from concept through production readiness in a fast-paced technology environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead planning and execution of AI initiatives from concept through deployment - Translate business use cases into structured execution plans with clear milestones, ownership, and timelines - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including AI strategy, data science, engineering, enterprise systems, and business stakeholders - Facilitate stakeholder workshops, planning sessions, demos, and feedback discussions - Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers while driving resolution across teams - Support execution workflows and establish effective collaboration processes - Track program progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership - Help transition AI solutions from prototype stages into production readiness - Manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a dynamic environment - Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to maintain alignment and delivery momentum Must-Have Skills - 5 to 7 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles - Strong experience managing complex cross-functional programs - Familiarity with the AI/ML product lifecycle including data, modeling, and deployment processes - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills - Strong organizational and execution capabilities - Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives and priorities - Experience working on AI or data-driven products - Ability to support projects moving from prototype to production environments - Experience working in product or technology-focused organizations Nice-to-Have Skills - Experience with HR technology or employee experience platforms - Familiarity with planning and collaboration tools such as Airtable - Exposure to enterprise AI initiatives and operational workflows - Experience supporting remote and distributed teams across time zones Interested in this opportunity?
