British Columbia,
Alberta, and
Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving warehousing sales growth and implementing strategic initiatives. A proven track record of successful sales management and leadership is essential for this role. Responsibilities and accountabilities include (but are not limited to): - Develop and implement warehouse sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals - Identify and target new business opportunities to expand market share - Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders - Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth - Meet with customers face-to-face to develop relationships and expand business opportunities - Use Pipedrive CRM to track and manage accounts - Conduct sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Provide regular detailed sales reports - Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices - Develop and communicate revenue targets and individual sales goals to management - Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum ten (10) years' experience and proven track record of success in a senior warehouse sales role - Extensive experience in business development, client retention, and revenue growth - Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals - Proficiency in Pipedrive or similar CRM software for managing accounts - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office - Strong detail-orientation, analytical, and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines - Ability to take initiative and innovate 18 Wheels Logistics is proud of its commercial growth and cherishes the team members who are the heart of our organization. 18 Wheels is an equal-prospect employer, we value our diversity and inclusion and invites qualified applicants to join this winning team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year Benefits: - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - Paid time off - Vision care Application question(s): - Required question: What are your wage expectations? - Required question: Can you expand on your experience with warehouse sales?
