3D/XR Product Manager Remote within
Canada We're hiring a 3D/XR Product Manager to help drive the development and scaling of our software products and immersive learning solutions used across a wide range of industries. This is a hands-on management and delivery role focused on bridging communication gaps, leading agile workflows, and serving as the central vision holder for innovative projects that transform how people learn. As part of a cross-functional team, you'll work on our core software products, internal systems, and custom immersive solutions that power a cutting-edge learning ecosystem. What You'll Do - Design, build, and maintain comprehensive development schedules, milestones, and sprint plans - Architect and improve internal agile workflows by owning the product backlog and sprints in Jira - Integrate cross-functional workflows by serving as the primary point of contact between 3DXR sub-departments (UI/UX, Programming, 3D/2D Art) and other internal business units - Diagnose and resolve potential development roadblocks through early risk mitigation and proactive problem-solving - Collaborate closely with instructional design, project management, and business development teams to bring new solutions to life - Participate in agile sprints, requirement gathering, and user story grooming - Contribute to process improvements, department health discussions, and product strategy sessions - Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards, conduct testing on stage builds, and sign off on software releases What You'll Bring - Proven experience building and maintaining digital products while managing cross-functional teams of programmers, artists, and designers - Solid understanding of software design principles, technical workflows, programming lifecycles, and art pipelines - Proven ability to handle challenges around project scoping, resource allocation, and accurate effort estimates - Solid technical documentation skills, with the discipline to maintain knowledge bases, flowcharts, and release notes - Delivery-focused mindset—comfortable owning features end-to-end, from pre-production scoping to final Gold Master release - Experience working in agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence - Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for clients Bonus Points - Prior development experience at any stage of the software or 3DXR pipeline - Experience working within a consultancy or professional services business model - Familiarity with SOC2 compliance initiatives and policies Additional Details - Full-time, permanent - Remote within Canada (Candidates must be Canadian citizens or permanent residents) - A culturally diverse, remote-first workplace that welcomes members of every community and perspective - Opportunities for continuous learning and growth within a team shaping the future of learning and development Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2oe42u
