Join LDS as a Contract Inclusive Education Instructor, providing tailored instruction to learners with diverse needs in East Vancouver. Flexibly work with students one-on-one to foster effective learning.

LDS– Learn. Develop. Succeed. is dedicated to empowering students with learning differences such as dyscalculia and ASD. In this role, you will create supportive educational experiences, utilizing a strengths-based framework. By building individualized lesson plans and maintaining open communicationwith students, you will help each learner reach their personal goals in a neuroaffirming environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Conduct one-to-one instructional sessions at the East Vancouver Learning Centre • Establish a friendly and supportive learning environment • Assess learner needs through structured assessments • Develop and implement tailored lesson plans • Issue progress reports based on individuallearning outcomes

Requirements:• Relevant experience with school-aged children • Knowledge of neuroaffirming learning practices • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-directed and passionate about our mission • Eligible to work in Canada and pass a background check
