Salary 75,000 to 85,000 annually (to be negotiated) / 37.5 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, full time

Educational requirement: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience 5 years or more

Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Responsibilities

Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements

Plan, set up and administer accounting systems

Train staff

Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures and internal controls

Prepare financial information for individuals, departments or companies

Prepare reports and audit findings

Prepare financial statements and reports

Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices

Analyze financial documents and reports

Examine accounting records

Conduct variance analysis

Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
