In this role at AVI-SPL, the Installation Technician 1 will perform installations of audio-visual systems, including cable pulling, terminations, and equipment setup. You will engage with the Lead Technician to ensure installations meet time, budget, and quality benchmarks. Familiarity with industry standards and strong problem-solving abilities will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:• Perform specified installation tasks on-site • Interpret electronic schematics during project execution • Employ hand tools for AV equipment assembly • Ensure the security of tools and equipment on-site • Assist with basic mechanical and rack wiring tasks
Requirements:• Good communication and interpersonal skills • Basic understanding of AV system design • Proficient in low-voltage cabling • Capability to diagnose AV issues efficiently • Valid Driver’s License
