Elevate customer satisfaction in your role as a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at BMO. Your bilingual skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin will play a crucial role in enhancing branch experiences.
This flexible position, necessitating at least 18.75 hours weekly, is available from Monday to Saturday. You will engage with customers, troubleshoot their banking inquiries, and provide expert advice on digital banking options. By collaborating effectively, you’ll contribute to BMO’s overall service excellence and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:• Initiate referrals based on identified customer needs • Manage transactions and support customer inquiries efficiently • Deliver friendly, warm service to every customer • Recommend digital banking solutions for seamless operations • Collaborate with team members while supporting operational tasks
Requirements:• Preferred background in finance or a related field • Experience with digital tools and banking applications • Strong interpersonal skills to build customer connections • Problem-solving aptitude for real-time customer support • Basic understanding of banking products and services
