Rope Access Training Instructor Role, Burnaby

Make an impact in rope access safety training with Pacific Ropes as a Training Instructor. Focus on innovative training strategies to meet diverse learner needs in IRATA and SPRAT classes.

We are hiring for Lead Trainers with IRATA and SPRAT Level 3 certification to manage and execute training programs. You'll develop flexible teaching methods, maintain training resources, and adapt strategies to maximize learning outcomes. Expertise and leadership in training are key components in this role.

Key Responsibilities:• Organize and conduct IRATA and SPRAT training classes • Develop effective course materials for various learning styles • Ensure all training resources are prepared and available • Evaluate and refine training programs based on feedback • Maintain cleanliness in classrooms and training areas

Requirements:• IRATA and SPRAT Level 3 certification mandatory • First Aid certification required for Lead Trainer • Minimum of 5 years of direct industry experience • Strong commitment to student success and safety • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
