In this role you’ll operate at the intersection of marketing strategy, sales enablement, and partner engagement, the role delivers integrated initiatives that build awareness, generate demand, and influence decision‑making across the customer lifecycle. This role provides leadership to an assigned employee by setting clear performance objectives, coaching and mentoring the team member, and supporting ongoing skill development. You will lead the development and execution of the B2B marketing strategy for employer and advisor segments, with a focus on small to medium‑sized employers. His role defines and refines target personas (e.g., business owners, HR leaders, CFOs, benefits managers, advisors, consultants, and third‑party administrators) and develop differentiated messaging and value propositions. You will partner with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Actuarial/Underwriting teams to align marketing programs with product offerings, pricing, and sales priorities. The senior manager will design and manage multi‑channel demand generation programs targeting employer prospects and advisor distribution partners, including email campaigns, digital advertising, webinars, content syndication, and direct mail. In this role, you’ll build and optimize lead nurturing tracks in the customer relationship management system (CRM) for campaigns tailored to different buyer stages and personas. As senior manager, you lead the development and execution of a B2B content strategy in collaboration with subject matter experts and Corporate Communications to support employer and advisor audiences. This role develops employer‑facing sales enablement materials, including solution briefs, one‑pagers, enrollment tools, and ROI calculators to support employer acquisition. Key Experiences You Bring To This Role - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience. - Deep familiarity with the employer‑sponsored health benefits market and advisor distribution channel. - Proven track record of developing and executing demand generation campaigns that have contributed measurably to pipeline and revenue. - Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Hub Spot, Salesforce). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex benefits and insurance concepts for business audiences. - Strong project management capabilities and comfort managing multiple priorities in a rapid‑paced environment. Preferred - Experience marketing group health plans, level‑funded or self‑funded solutions, dental/vision/ancillary benefits, or voluntary benefits.
