This role is ideal for accounting professionals with manufacturing experience in cost accounting and financial reporting. You will work closely with Purchasing and Operations to manage costs effectively while assisting in month-end and year-end financial closings. Your expertise will enable enhancements in processes and documentation, ensuring accurate financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:• Monitor product costs, labor, and overhead absorption • Assist in financial reporting schedules and reconciliations • Analyze cost variances and drive corrective actions • Collaborate cross-functionally to capture accurate costs • Identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:• Minimum 3 years' experience in cost accounting • Strong understanding of inventory accounting • Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP systems • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
