We are seeking a
Digital Imaging Designer (AI&Visualisation)
at our
Burnaby, BC
location to join our in‑house marketing team and lead the creation of high‑quality, photorealistic product and lifestyle imagery using a blend of
AI tools, traditional design techniques, and creative vision . While the position will primarily support Performance Furnishings, this role will also support our other two companies– Source Office Furniture and N9NE Furniture Group. This is a full‑time, permanent position, 100% onsite at our Burnaby Headquarters.
As the Digital Imaging Designer (AI&Visualisation), you’ll play a key role in transforming how Performance produces catalogue and web‑ready visuals, helping us bring our furniture collections to life in inspiring ways.

Main Responsibilities:
Generate, enhance, and finalise high‑quality product and lifestyle images for catalogues, web, and print using AI and traditional design tools.
Develop creative room scenes, environmental backdrops, and product renders that align with the Performance brand aesthetic.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure all visuals support brand consistency and storytelling.
Build and optimise repeatable
AI workflows
for image generation, editing, and scaling.
Retouch, colour‑correct, and prepare final images for print production.
Manage and maintain an organised image asset library for efficient reuse and reference.
Stay ahead of emerging AI and visualisation tools to continuously improve efficiency and quality.
Knowledge and Experience:
3+ years of experience
in graphic design, digital imaging or visual content creation.
Strong portfolio showcasing
product or lifestyle image creation , ideally within furniture, interiors or consumer goods.
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom; Firefly a plus).
Hands‑on experience with
AI image generation tools
such as
Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway ML, Leonardo.ai, Nano Banana or Stable Diffusion .
Strong understanding of lighting, texture, composition and realism in imagery.
Familiarity with
3D modelling or rendering tools
(e.g. Blender, KeyShot, Unreal Engine) is an asset.
Knowledge of print production standards (resolution, colour profiles, bleed, etc.).
Curious, experimental mindset with the ability to balance creativity and precision.
Strong attention to detail.
Legally authorised to work in Canada.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience creating visual systems or templates for catalogue production.
Background in furniture, interior design or architectural visualisation.
Skills in prompt engineering or AI workflow automation.
