We are currently looking for customer-orientated, passionate individuals to join our team! Partner with Us! Our Partners create a personal and friendly shopping experience in our stores. We answer questions, offer suggestions and ensure our customers know they are welcomed and cared for. We entertain customers and make grocery shopping an exciting adventure. Responsibility: Assists Store Manager and Department Heads with daily operational needs Provides training and support to other Store Partners Demonstrating outstanding customer service by greeting customers, explaining product features, and directing customers to find proper products as requested. Delivering great customer experiences in an active environment with constant personal interaction Educating customers on various Sungiven Foods products and sharing healthy options Displacing, stocking, and maintaining shelves and display areas in a clean and orderly manner Managing online store chats (Whats App and/or WeChat) and responding to customer enquiries, orders, or other product questions Who You Are: Loves Good Healthy Meals: Youre willing to learn about healthy options and are willing to help our customers find food they love as well. Entrepreneurs: You take ownership, solve problems with innovation, and are eager to become their own boss one day. Passionate for People: Youre a team player. We believe teamwork makes the dream work. Bring Your Background: While not required, the ability to speak a second language in conversational Mandarin or Cantonese is considered an asset.
