Info: Hatha Yoga class is on Saturdays 9am-10am Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in teaching yoga and a commitment to promoting health, mindfulness, and physical well-being. This role offers an opportunity to inspire students of all levels through engaging and safe yoga classes in a supportive environment. Duties - Lead group and private yoga classes tailored to various skill levels and physical abilities - Develop and modify class sequences to meet the needs of participants - Provide clear instructions on yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices - Ensure the safety of all participants by monitoring proper form and offering modifications as needed - Foster a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere that encourages personal growth and relaxation - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after classes - Promote upcoming classes, workshops, or events through appropriate channels Experience - Proven experience teaching yoga in a professional setting, with certification from a recognized yoga training program preferred - Strong knowledge of various yoga styles and techniques - Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate and connect with students of diverse backgrounds - Ability to adapt classes for different skill levels and physical limitations - Passion for health, wellness, and continuous learning in the field of yoga and mindfulness Please email your resume to Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2ot77x
