Position Overview We are looking for a proactive, organized, tech-comfortable, and people-oriented individual to join our team as a: Sales & Client Success Coordinator This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time long-term role after a 3-month probation/trial period based on performance, initiative, reliability, and overall fit. This is NOT a traditional cold-calling sales role. We are looking for someone who can help with: - client communication, - follow-ups, - lead coordination, - sales support, - operations, - CRM management, - customer experience, - and business growth initiatives. You will work closely with leadership, technical teams, software teams, and clients. This role is ideal for someone who: - enjoys technology and business, - likes solving problems, - is highly organized, - communicates professionally, - and wants to grow inside a modern tech company. Responsibilities Your responsibilities may include - Following up with leads, clients, and prospects - Assisting with business development and outreach - Helping manage CRM systems and pipelines - Coordinating meetings, estimates, proposals, and client communications - Supporting client onboarding processes - Assisting with LinkedIn outreach and professional networking - Helping improve client experience and internal processes - Coordinating with technical and software teams - Assisting with documentation and operational tasks - Tracking follow-ups and ensuring tasks are completed - Supporting leadership with day-to-day coordination - Helping identify new opportunities for growth and improvement This role may evolve over time as the company grows. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: - Professional and reliable - Organized and detail-oriented - Strong in communication and follow-up - Comfortable speaking with business clients - Tech-savvy and comfortable learning technical concepts - Motivated and proactive - Comfortable working in a growing startup-style environment - Adaptable and willing to wear multiple hats - Confident using modern business tools and software - Interested in long-term growth opportunities - Self-motivated and capable of taking initiative without constant supervision Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following is considered a strong asset: - IT MSP companies - SaaS companies - Technology consulting - Cybersecurity firms - Software companies - Customer success or account coordination - Sales support or business development - Administrative coordination in tech environments Technical & Software Familiarity Preferred Familiarity with any of the following is considered an asset: - Microsoft 365 - CRM systems - Ticketing systems - LinkedIn outreach - Cloud/software terminology - Project coordination tools - Basic understanding of networking or IT environments - SaaS platforms - QuickBooks, HubSpot, Zoho, Jira, or similar systems You do NOT need to be deeply technical, but you should be comfortable learning and communicating within a technology-focused environment.
