Can You Lead a Pet Food Retail Team? Do you have a passion for pets? We are leading specialty pet food retailer is seeking a Full-time Store Manager Trainee to lead a team in one of our locations. The location is still to be determined but will be in the Lower Mainland area. The training for this position may be done in multiple locations in the Lower Mainland area, so applicants must be able to get to travel to various locations. Your success will come from your ability to lead a sales team, maximize sales opportunities and promote store success. You will be responsible for staff selection, training and orientation, performance management and sales coaching. Our first concern has always been the well being of pets. Our team is committed to offering our customers the very best customer service possible. - We are looking for a Store Manager Trainee who is: - Passionate about pet welfare and possess an understanding of the human/animal bond - Enthusiastic about leading a team of retail staff - Dedicated to providing great customer service - Available for days, evening and weekend shifts - Committed to building a career as we build our business If you share our values and offer a minimum of three years experience in retail sales, marketing or customer service, including at least one year as a successful people manager, we’d like to hear from you.
