Quality Process Specialist, Vancouver

Drive the development, standardization and continuous improvement of quality processes to ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and operational directives. Act as a cross-functional partner to enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and improve overall product and process quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain standardized processes, procedures, and work instructions across operations
• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality management systems and external regulatory standards.
• Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and quality assessments.
• Monitor key quality metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Support risk management activities, including failure mode and effects analysis.
• Train stakeholders on quality standards, tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in quality assurance, process improvement or a related field.
• Strong understanding of quality methodologies.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving tools.
• Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance environments.
