Lifted Movement is redefining the way people move within their spaces. We are looking for an organized, flexible, proactive Operations Manager to join our growing team. You will play a pivotal role in building out the operations functions for our growing Company.

Role Description

This is a full time role, based in Vancouver, BC. As the Operations Manager, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, logistics and inventory functions. You will take ownership of the entire product journey—from managing relationships with our suppliers to ensuring seamless delivery to our customers. Your primary focus will be optimizing our inventory, managing third-party logistics (3PL) partners, and keeping shipping costs down without sacrificing service quality. You will also play a key role contributing to digital operations and e-commerce merchandising and site operations.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage timelines and multiple priorities effectively
• Experience in operations management, logistics, and supply chain coordination
• Familiarity with digital operations, e-commerce merchandising and site operations
• A self-starter with the flexible mind-set required to flourish in a fast growing, small business environment
• Problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to find innovative solutions to operational challenges
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to foster relationships with vendors and partners
