Your new role

As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers and Superintendents in the successful execution of commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through to closeout. This is a hands-on coordination role requiring strong attention to detail, the ability to read and review electrical drawings, and confidence working across internal teams, suppliers, and site personnel.

You will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, supporting procurement and scheduling, tracking costs and materials, and ensuring projects progress smoothly and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3–5 years of experience in construction administration or project coordination, ideally within the electrical or construction industry
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising with Project Managers, Superintendents, Administrators, suppliers, and clients
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the role
• College diploma or equivalent relevant experience
