Our client, a not-for-profit regulatory organization, is currently searching for an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a full-time 1-month contract. This individual will provide administrative support for the Continuing Education (CE) and Annual Reporting (AR) Programs. Responsibilities include triaging and responding to incoming inquiries related to the programs, creating and editing presentations and guidance documents, tracking program metrics, assisting with continuous improvement projects, and following up on action items.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Intakes and responds to staff and registrant emails and phone calls about the CE Program and Annual Reporting
- Creates and edits presentations, guidance documents, and web content for the CE and AR Programs
- Assists the Competency Program Coordinator in tracking and reviewing metrics for CE and AR Programs, including compliance metrics
- Administers the CE Program exemption and late fee waiver process, including reviewing, responding to, and tracking applications and requests
- Assists Competency Program Coordinator in completing continuous improvement projects for the CE and AR Programs
- Other general administrative support as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, AND COMPETENCIES:
- Completion of Grade 12 is required; further education/training such as a diploma or university degree is preferred
- 2+ years of previous administrative experience in an office environment
- 1+ years of experience preparing meeting minutes
- Strong computer and word processing skills
- Efficient time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including experience communicating in a customer service context
