SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES - Greet customers and build rapport in a friendly, sincere and courteous manner. - Exemplify an optimistic and energetic presence with general interactions with customers and your team. - Generate loyalty in the store by sharing Stormtech membership benefits with every customer - Ask open ended questions to learn customer needs and provide helpful solutions. - Explain features and benefits of products to customers. - Help customers in and out of the fitting room, staying attentive to their needs for sizes and alternative options. - Help with merchandising store; stocking, unpacking and preparing new merchandise for the sales floor. Help maintain store appearance. - Support the store operations by accurately and efficiently completing POS sales transactions.
