About the Role Robbox is building the next generation of smart power tools—combining precision hardware, software, and real-time data into intelligent systems. We’re looking for a motivated and self-driven Outbound Sales Specialist to help expand our customer base and support our growing business. This role focuses on using digital platforms and communication tools to identify, contact, and engage potential customers, arrange meetings, and support ongoing customer relationships. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable working independently, and confident communicating with customers through email, phone, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other digital outreach platforms. This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company growth. While this role includes digital outreach and independent work, team collaboration is also a major part of the position. Team members will work from our Burnaby location for training, product education, collaboration, and communication with management and other sales team members. What You’ll Do - Identify and reach out to potential customers using digital sales platforms and online tools - Conduct outbound communication through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels - Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers - Qualify leads and schedule meetings or product demonstrations - Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain communication records - Support customers with product information, onboarding assistance, and general inquiries - Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales management systems - Collaborate with management and other sales team members to improve outreach strategies and customer engagement - Participate in on-site training sessions, product learning, and team meetings - Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team - Meet outreach, lead generation, and sales activity goals What We’re Looking For - Previous experience in outbound sales, customer service, lead generation, or business development preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Comfortable using digital platforms, CRM systems, email marketing tools, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace - Ability to work independently and stay organized - Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively - Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and collaborate - Experience in industrial, technology, construction, manufacturing, or power tool industries is considered an asset Why Robbox - Be part of a company building a new category of smart tools used across industries including construction, manufacturing, aerospace, and advanced industrial applications - Work with innovative products and emerging technologies - Gain hands-on experience in digital sales, customer engagement, and product communication - Collaborative and supportive work environment with ongoing mentorship and training - Opportunity for long-term growth and advancement within the company Compensation - CA$22.00 per hour - Performance-based bonuses and incentives - Potential opportunity for full-time employment after the contract period Job Type - Contract - 3-month term - Potential for full-time transition Benefits - Flexible work environment - On-site training and mentorship - Growth opportunities opportunities - Supportive and innovative team culture Work Location - Burnaby, BC - In person / Some hybrid opportunities depending on role requirements and tasks How to Apply Please send your resume along with a short introduction outlining your experience and why you would be a good fit for this position.
