We are seeking a Full-Time Production Operator to support our drysuit repair and assembly operations. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and reliability of our products. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you. Training will be provided although experience in garment manufacturing or servicing would be an asset. This full-time, permanent position is a day shift, Monday to Friday, and available immediately. Key Responsibilities - Remove damaged or worn components from drysuits and replace them with recent parts to ensure product integrity. - Safely use solvents and adhesives for cleaning and reinstallation of components such as zippers, seals and boots. - Operate and learn to use specialized equipment, including: Single Needle Sewing Machine 3-Thread Serger Heat Press Sander Hot Air Machine - Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient production. - Assist with inventory counts and other production-related tasks as needed. General Requirements: - Fluent in English, spoken and written. - Ability to follow instructions accurately and work under supervision. - Strong attention to details, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset. - Comfortable with physical tasks, including standing, walking, reaching overhead, pushing, pulling, grasping, and lifting to 15 lbs.
