Marketing Manager – Ecommerce & Content Location: Burnaby Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 annually, depending on experience We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly self-motivated Marketing Manager – Ecommerce & Content to lead and manage our company’s marketing initiatives across multiple business divisions. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives working autonomously, enjoys building brands and content from the ground up, and can confidently collaborate with leadership and division managers to drive marketing initiatives forward. The successful candidate will oversee ecommerce management, content creation, social media strategy, email marketing, digital communications, and branded marketing materials while acting as a key marketing advisor within the organization. Key Responsibilities Ecommerce & Website Management · Manage and maintain ecommerce platforms using Shopify · Update and maintain company websites using WordPress · Optimize product listings, collections, promotions, and customer experience · Monitor website performance, analytics, and ecommerce growth opportunities Content Creation & Brand Management · Create engaging and professional marketing content across digital and print platforms · Design brochures, promotional materials and sales support documents · Maintain consistent branding across all divisions and communications · Coordinate photography, graphics, and visual marketing assets Social Media & Digital Marketing · Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms · Plan and manage content calendars · Create compelling posts, campaigns, reels, and promotional content · Monitor engagement, trends, and analytics to improve performance Email Marketing & Communications · Build and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters · Develop targeted marketing initiatives and customer communications · Maintain mailing lists and campaign reporting Collaboration & Strategy · Work closely with division managers to identify marketing needs and opportunities · Developing KPIs with leadership and holding accountability for this. · Provide marketing guidance and recommendations to support business growth · Assist with campaign planning, promotions, launches, and events · Bring forward creative and bold ideas to elevate the company’s presence and brand awareness Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar discipline is preferred. · 3–7+ years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, digital marketing, or related roles · Strong working knowledge of Shopify and WordPress · Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools · Strong written communication and copywriting skills · Experience creating marketing materials and branded content · Graphic design experience is considered a strong asset · Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently · Highly organized, self-disciplined, and proactive · Creative thinker with a confident and professional approach What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who: · Works well independently and takes initiative · Ability to travel to our various divisions for purpose of content creation · Is creative, innovative, and confident bringing forward ideas · Can balance strategy with hands-on execution · Enjoys collaborating with different teams and personalities · Wants to play an important role in shaping and growing our brands Compensation & Perks · Competitive salary: $65,000 – $85,000 · Opportunity for growth and long-term career development · Collaborative and supportive leadership team · Ability to make a meaningful impact within the organization Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year Benefits: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - RRSP match - Vision care Work Location: In person Apply on Kit Job: kitjob.ca/job/2p6p0d
