Manager, Corporate Security in Canada, Burnaby

Lead Clio's security team as a Manager, CorpSec while working in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto. This hybrid role combines hands-on security operations with strategic leadership.

Clio is looking for a Manager, CorpSec to spearhead its security initiatives throughout Canada, excluding Quebec. This position requires you to have 6-8 years of hands-on experience in information security. You will be responsible for overseeing DLP, EDR, and compliance efforts while coaching your team for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:• Own and transform Clio’s security posture • Lead the security team managing DLP, EDR, and phishing controls • Develop incident-response playbooks for various threats • Deliver employee education workflows and onboarding • Align controls with SOC2, ISO, and HIPAA standards

Requirements:• 6-8 years of information-security experience • Hands-on experience with EDR, DLP, or SIEM tools • Proven leadership in managing security teams • Strong communication skills with non-technical audiences • Growth mindset and initiative to tackle challenges
