Responsibilities

Facilitate workshops related to onboarding, leadership development, and other talent development initiatives. Lead small to medium‑sized Learning&Development initiatives with support from a senior member or manager. Contribute to improving the end‑to‑end experience of Clio’s Learning Programs, including redesign, scalability, stakeholder coordination and reporting on success. Serve as the initial point of contact for designated Learning programs.Design and execute Learning programs, including planning, coordination, and communication of programs, one‑off events and workshops. Collaborate with members and leaders of various teams to identify gaps and opportunities for training and support. Stay plugged into research and trends in talent development and bring back innovative ideas.Support the definition and enablement of facilitation as a craft at Clio. Develop instructional materials as required. Additional duties as required. Qualifications

Experience facilitating a variety of learning sessions, virtually and in‑person. Experience with learning program administration (session rosters, room sourcing, onboarding logistics). Experience in learning design (facilitator guides, e‑learning modules, knowledge articles, slide decks, etc.).Experience using AI tools for administrative and content‑generating tasks. Strong facilitation and learning design skills. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work in a fast‑moving environment. Preferred Skills

Experience with Articulate Rise, LearnUpon, Claude (Chat + Cowork), Confluence, Zoom, GSuite, Insights Colour Energy framework. Degree or certification in Adult Education or a related field. Facilitating onboarding programs specifically. Location&Work Arrangement

Hybrid role with two days per week on‑site in the Burnaby office (Vancouver). Remote work is encouraged but on‑site presence is expected. Compensation&Benefits
